Senate Confirms Oscar Mulbah as Assistant Minister at Ministry ofDefense, Others

The Plenary of the Liberian Senate on [insert date] unanimously voted to
confirm Mr. Oscar Mulbah as Assistant Minister for Public Affairs at the
Ministry of National Defense.

Before his confirmation, Mr. Mulbah served as Director of Press at the
Liberian Senate, a role in which he was widely recognized for his communication
expertise and commitment to public service.

In addition to Mr. Mulbah, the Senate also confirmed two other nominees from
the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Hon. George S.W. Patten, Sr., as Ambassador to the
Republic of South Africa and Hon. Henry B. Fahnbulleh, as
