The CEO of Jojo Hope House of Substance Freedom, has issued a passionate call for widespread support in the rehabilitation of drug addicts.
Speaking in an interview Tuesday on our sister program, Good Morning Cape, Josephine kolubah, popularly known as Coffee With Jojo, stated that a collaborative effort is essential to effectively address the complex challenges of addiction and provide comprehensive support to those in need.
She added that the fight against drug addiction requires a sustained commitment and a willingness to invest in long-term solutions.
Stating further, Josephine stressed that her journey began with a deep empathy for those struggling with addiction, recognizing the stigma and isolation often faced by addicts, she adopted a unique approach to build trust and facilitate recovery.
Meanwhile, Josephine has firmly refuted allegations that the organization receives funds from the government or other civil service organizations, stressing that Jojo Hope House relies primarily on private donations from her family members to sustain its operations.
