In his new role, Mr. Boima will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Minister’s Office, ensuring seamless coordination of meetings, briefings, and official engagements.

According to the MFDP, the Chief of Office Staff position plays a critical role in maintaining efficiency, accountability, and effective communication at the highest level of the Ministry.

Mr. Boima is expected to foster a culture of professionalism while supporting the Minister’s agenda on sound financial management and sustainable development planning.

Beyond internal operations, Mr. Boima will serve as the principal liaison between the Minister’s Office and key departments within the MFDP, other government institutions, and external partners.
