Former Vice President of the Press Union of Liberia (PUL), Daniel Nyakonah, has hailed the appointment of Liberian journalist Lennart Dodoo as the Liberia Correspondent for Al Jazeera, describing the achievement as a defining moment for the country’s media industry and a significant boost to Liberia’s international visibility.
In a congratulatory statement, Nyakonah said Dodoo’s appointment represents far more than an individual career milestone, emphasizing that it symbolizes the growing recognition of Liberian journalism on the global stage.
