The new principal of A. Glenn Tubman Elementary School, Teddy W.S. Bryant has hit the ground running with an innovative mindset to transform the school.
In a monumental move to buttress parents’ efforts, Mr. Bryant was able to attract support from Paynesville Orient Lions Club (POLC).
The Paynesville Orient Lions Club in collaboration with the Rotary Club of Sinkor, Rotary Club of Paynesville, and the District 9101 Rotaract club of Paynesville jointly donated a cartoon of sheets, 150 book bags, copybooks, erasers, including pencils to students of A. Glenn Tubman Elementary School on Tuesday, September 30, 2025.
According to the organisation, their collaborative effort reflects their shared commitment to education, community development, and empowering the next generation of leaders.
For his part, Mr. Bryant, on behalf of the school and the MCSS administration, thanked the rotarians for their kind gesture and commitment to serving humanity, promising that the items donated will be used for the purpose
intended.
