The Citizens Action Committee (CAC) of Voinjama District imhas called for justice in the case of the late Yarkpowolo Moisemah, who tragically lost his life under questionable circumstances. The committee has outlined a timeline for their actions to ensure justice is served in Lofa County.

In a statement, the CAC announced that there will be no market in John’s Town, Bondi Clan, Voinjama District on Thursday, September, 2025. Furthermore, on the following Friday, all schools, business centers, and markets in Voinjama City will also cease operations. The committee emphasized that there will be significant actions in Voinjama, asserting that no police presence will deter their actions until justice for Moisemah is achieved.

According to him, Their action demonstrates and reflects the community’s deep concern over the circumstances surrounding Moisemah’s death and their determination to press for accountability. The CAC is rallying community members to stand in solidarity for justice and is urging local authorities to take their demands seriously.
