‎Belle Vue Eco-Smart Tech International School is preparing for a major democratic moment as students gear up to elect a new corps of leaders on Friday, November 28, 2025. The student community is buzzing with anticipation as candidates present their visions for the future of the institution.

‎The announcement follows a highly engaging and intellectually stimulating Presidential Debate held on Thursday, November 27, 2025.

The debate showcased the ideas, leadership styles, and policy priorities of the two presidential hopefuls, Miss. Cecelia S. McGee of the Student Unification Party (SUP) and Felix J. Tuanpoh of the Student Democratic Party (SDP).

‎Hosted on the school’s main campus, the debate drew administrators, teachers, and an enthusiastic student audience who witnessed a dynamic exchange of ideas focused on academic excellence, student welfare, discipline, and extracurricular development.

‎Cecelia S. McGee Outlines Vision for Academic and Social Transformation

‎Representing the Student Unification Party, Miss. Cecelia S. McGee presented a comprehensive platform aimed at enhancing both the learning environment and student engagement across the institution.

Her proposals centered on infrastructure improvement, academic support, and stronger student teacher relations.

‎Below are key elements of her agenda:

‎1. Renovation of the School’s Basketball Court

‎Miss. McGee committed to working with development partners and the school’s administration to renovate and modernize the basketball court.

She emphasized the need for safe and well maintained recreational facilities that promote physical fitness, teamwork, and student discipline.

‎2. Establishment of Structured Tutorial Classes

‎She pledged to collaborate with the administration to introduce organized tutorial programs to assist students facing academic challenges.

According to her, supporting struggling learners through extra guidance is essential for raising overall academic performance and promoting equal learning opportunities.

‎3. Promoting an Inclusive Learning Environment

‎Miss. McGee highlighted the importance of recognizing and supporting students with learning difficulties.

She proposed creating an enabling environment where such students feel understood, encouraged, and empowered to excel.

‎4. Strengthening Teachers, Student Collaboration

‎She underscored the value of healthy communication and mutual respect between teachers and students.
