Fire in the 72nd Paynesville community has made several residents homeless.

The Fire according to the victims destroyed all of their belongings leaving them hopeless.

Explaining the sad incident, they narrated that the Fire started after a four year old boy went into the house under the bed to look for his slippers using matches but unfortunately, the matches dropped and catch the mattress which instantly blaze into flames.

Currently, the victims are now in tears and disbelief and therefore called for timely intervention from well meaningLiberians.

At the same time, the victims also put the cost of materials and business items left in the Fire to over five thousand United States Dollars.

Two of the victims narrated that they were at work and at business site respectively when the incident occurred adding that they are only left with what they have on them as clothes.

As the residents witnessed the sad incident early Monday morning , the five bed room house is now completely down as they used the ocassion to join their voices in appealing for urgent humanitarian assistance especially during this rainy season in order to come to the aid of the victims.
