With the visible presence of the huge dirt that is gradually trying to take over most part of the Township, Residents allegedly blamed Commissioner Siafa for doing a little or nothing to help address the situation, even though he has denied the allegation by his people but the reality they maintain is evident.
Currently the dirt has engulfed the entrance to the Freeport, Bassa Town Community, where the old Premier Milling Corporation facility is located.
Appears now to be a hold your noise and pass situation, the residents of the area have no choice but to live with such risky health situation.
At the same time, the road leading to the area is partially blocked as a result of the huge presence of the dirt which blows bad smell within the community as the young children are at high risk to air and water borne diseases as well as malaria and typhoid.
