Sonpon The Office for the Establishment of War and Economic Crimes Court for Liberia (OWECC-L) has signed its fifth Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), this time with the National Muslim Council of Liberia (NMCL), reinforcing efforts to establish justice institutions aimed at addressing Liberia’s history of war and corruption.
