The Liberian Senate has unanimously confirmed Mohammed Sheriff as Managing Director for the Liberia Electricity Cooperation.
Following the confirmation hearing, Twenty Senators voted in favor with none abstention and none against.
Prior to his confirmation, Sheriff served as Acting Managing Director for couple of months now.
Meanwhile, The Senate’s decision will be communicated to President Joseph Boakai for further action.
