Liberia’s Ambassador at large for youth and sports development, Alioune Kebe continues has sports empowerment drive to local residents.

Amb. Kebe, in a move to identify the initial needs of local sporting communities, put smiles on the faces of residents of St. Francis, Chicken Farm Community, when he donated sporting materials to them.

The distribution, which is an ongoing initiative by Amb. Kebe, among other things, is intended to get the local residents more involved into sports, which they can use as a means of peace , unity, and reconciliation.

Speaking briefly at the presentation ceremony, Amb. Kebe encourages the local residents to use sports to promote peace and national healing .

Well responding following the presentation, a representative of the community commended Amb. Kebe for his gesture to them.

According to him, such donation to them is the first of its kind.

He assured Amb. Kebe that they will use sports to promote peace as well as engaging into other meaningful initiatives intended to move the community forward.

He, at the same time, urged Amb. Kebe to do more for other communities in order to help promote sports and empower the young talents nationwide.

Meanwhile, some of the sporting Materials donated include; quality first class Jerseys, football among others.
